Make plans to join the Curtiss Street Carolers on Sunday, December 19, from 6:00-7:30 PM. The mission of the Curtiss Street Carolers is to share the joyous news of the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ by taking this message in song to residents in Mazomanie, Black Earth and Arena. After sharing the musical message with those households on our list, carolers will present a gift bag containing treats, a gospel tract, and information about CSBF. This ministry event corresponds with the latter part of the CSBF mission statement because we will have the opportunity to share the gospel message with others in our communities.
There are a variety of ways in which you can be involved in this final CSBF outreach effort of 2021.
CAROL
Sign-up to be a Curtiss Street Caroler. Anyone of any age is welcome to participate. No special musical skills are needed. The more carolers, the merrier! The only requirements are that you have a desire to serve on this mission and are willing to be outside. If we have enough carolers, we could form two groups which would allow us to reach out to more homes in the area.
PRAY
Sign-up to pray for this event. Pray for a good size group to serve as carolers. Pray for great caroling weather. Pray for those who are hearing the carols and receiving the gift bags. Pray that the words of the songs and the tract will be well received and understood.

This outreach event is especially targeted toward the unbelievers in your life-friends, relatives, neighbors, Many people who might not be aware of, or even avoid Christian music during the year, may be more open to listening to Christmas carols in December. Rather than caroling at random residences, we would like to be more strategic in our efforts and focus on singing for people who have a connection with someone at CSBF. You can help by contacting a friend, relative or neighbor who you think would enjoy having a visit from the Curtiss Street Carolers. Reminder cards will soon be available at church for you to give to those that you would like to receive a visit from the carolers.
Hot chocolate and snacks will be available for the carolers (and any others who would like to join) when we return to the church after caroling.
