Jonathan Schneider, a graduate of the University of Illinois, is an acclaimed harpist known for creating stunning musical landscapes that capture light and beauty. His passion for music started with piano at age five, but it was his love for the harp that defined his path. After raising money to purchase his first harp, he studied under Elisa Torres, Principal Harpist for the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra. Jonathan’s career highlights include winning the Concerto Competition at the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico and the soloist competition of the Symphonic Experience program, performing alongside the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra, and premiering Gabriel Pierné’s Concertstück. Jonathan’s mission is to connect with his audience through the beauty of music and share God’s light through each performance.
