LAUNCH: Biblical Counseling Weekend

  • Curtiss Street Bible Fellowship 10416 Curtiss Rd Mazomanie, WI, 53560 (map)

So many people are in need of Christlike care. They're struggling through life. Many feel alone, trapped, or forgotten. They need friends who can encourage them with grace and truth. You can be one of those friends!

Please join in on this incredible opportunity to learn more about Biblical Counseling Training at Curtiss Street! Attend the sessions to find out more about the training opportunity that is coming up in May and how it could impact your lives and the lives of others around you.

Our hope is that this weekend will give you more information about the Biblical Counseling program that we want people to go through so that you can:

  1. To develop your ability to care like Christ

  2. To learn to address common struggles

  3. Have a greater impact on your life and the lives of others

Saturday 03/26

(9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.):

Caring Like Christ:

Many people in our churches and communities suffer alone and wonder if anyone cares. Many Christians feel inadequate or fear giving the wrong answer, but God calls us all to help. Our “Caring Like Christ” seminar equips leaders to engage those around them with hope, help, and truth. You will learn tools to engage the hurting with grace-filled conversations that Christ modeled for us. You can learn how to care like Christ!

Sessions Include:

1. Caring Like Christ

2. Reaching the Heart

3. Biblical Process of Change

***There will be an opportunity for some Q & A immediately following the training.

Sunday (03/27) AM Service

9:30 a.m.

The Power of Wise Friends

During the severe trials of life, isolation can take us to a destructive place. When we have wise friends, we have greater strength and wisdom to navigate life’s challenges with success. How can churches commit to being a place where wisdom is available to those who need it and those with wisdom are committed to sharing it with others. We don’t all have to be counselors, but wise friendships are critical for everyone to have the support they need to navigate life’s challenges. Learn why you need wise friends and how to be one.

Please make sure to RSVP for the Saturday sessions so we know how many people to expect. Click the button below to get started:
